Proud to be. 
We invited employees from L’Oréal who identified as members of the LGTBQ+ community to share their personal stories of what they are Proud to Be. Individual stories were published weekly with the prompt, “What are you proud to be?”, generating organic content from across the organization. The celebration culminated with a video of L’Oréal marching at West Hollywood and NYC Pride.
